Jurnal Supremasi, Volume 16, Number 1, March 2026, returns with ten scholarly articles offering critical and in-depth analyses of contemporary legal issues. This issue explores the transformation of the theory of “Law as a Tool of Social Engineering” and the digital legal challenges associated with personal data protection. It also examines corporate law through discussions of the doctrine of “Piercing the Corporate Veil” and the reconstruction of corporate criminal liability within educational institutions. In addition, this issue addresses intellectual property rights, tax policies affecting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and legal discrimination against minority groups. We express our sincere gratitude to all authors and peer reviewers for their valuable contributions to this issue. We hope that this collection of scholarly works will contribute meaningfully to the advancement of legal scholarship in Indonesia.
