About the Journal

Jurnal Supremasi is a scientific journal of law published by the Faculty of Law, Balitar Islamic University, Blitar which is intended as a medium for disseminating various scientific findings and research in the field of Law to the public. This journal is published two times a year in March and September. It contains reviews based on research results, conceptual ideas, studies, and application of theories in the field of law. Jurnal Supremasi was published for the first time in 2016.

The September 2026 issue of Jurnal Supremasi presents a range of legal studies reflecting the evolving dynamics and challenges of law in Indonesia. The articles in this issue explore various topics, including carbon insurance law and climate change, artificial intelligence and constitutional regulation, legal protection in the digital era, the criminal liability of advocates, the role of curators in extraordinary general meetings of shareholders, directors’ liability and the business judgment rule, the constitutional position of state auxiliary organs, the legal protection of children from exploitation, alternative criminal penalties for children, and legal literacy concerning marriage. Through critical and in-depth analysis, this issue is expected to broaden the perspectives of academics, legal practitioners, and policymakers while contributing to the advancement of legal scholarship in Indonesia.
