Evaluasi Prototipe Sistem Supervisi Administrasi Pendidikan Berbasis AI-CBT di SMK Sumatera Barat

Supervisi administrasi pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam menjamin efektivitas tata kelola lembaga pendidikan. Namun, praktik supervisi administrasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masih cenderung konvensional, bersifat subjektif, dan belum terintegrasi dengan pengembangan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi prototipe supervisi administrasi pendidikan berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Competency Based Training (CBT) yang diadaptasi dari konteks pendidikan tinggi dan diterapkan di SMK di Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan fokus pada tahap evaluasi prototipe melalui uji fungsional, uji usability, dan uji efektivitas kinerja. Subjek penelitian meliputi tenaga administrasi dan supervisor administrasi SMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe memiliki tingkat kelayakan tinggi dari aspek fungsionalitas dan kemudahan penggunaan serta mampu meningkatkan kinerja administrasi secara signifikan. Integrasi AI dan CBT dalam supervisi administrasi terbukti mendukung pengawasan yang objektif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan kompetensi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan supervisi cerdas sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital tata kelola pendidikan vokasi.
