This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the motivation of prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) to work abroad. The study was conducted at PT Indonaker Mandiri using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were collected using purposive sampling techniques. The results indicate that the motivation of prospective TKI is influenced not only by economic factors, but also by the need for self-development, professional recognition, and the hope for a better life. These five indicators are interrelated and strengthen both internal and external motivations in deciding to work abroad.
