Analysis of Administrative Systems and Service Communication in the Library of SMA Kristen Dian Sakti Kesamben Blitar

This study aims to explain and analyze the school library administration and communication system and identify the obstacles encountered in its implementation. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the school library administration system is generally functioning quite well. However, problems remain, such as the predominance of manual administrative processes, limited use of technology, suboptimal digitalization, and a shortage of librarians. From a communication perspective, librarians' communication skills are hampered by limited communication skills, resulting in ineffective communication between librarians and users. These issues impact students' interest in reading and library utilization. Therefore, improvements are needed through the procurement and development of a technology-based administration system, enhanced librarian communication skills, and the use of more engaging and innovative information media
