Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris melalui Platform Media Sosial: Analisis Melalui Pendekatan Bibliometrik

Perkembangan platform digital seperti YouTube dan TikTok telah merevolusi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris melalui penyediaan konten yang mudah diakses, interaktif, dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian, penulis berpengaruh, dan tema utama dalam studi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis YouTube dan TikTok menggunakan pendekatan bibliometric analysis. Data dikumpulkan dari basis data Scopus dan Web of Science yang mencakup publikasi berbahasa Inggris periode 2015–2025. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk memetakan jaringan sitasi, kolaborasi penulis, dan klaster tema penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan dominasi penelitian berbasis YouTube karena keragaman konten dan kemudahan akses, sementara TikTok menarik perhatian pelajar muda melalui format video pendek. Tema utama meliputi pengembangan kosakata, keterampilan berbicara, dan pembelajaran daring, dengan peningkatan signifikan pasca pandemi COVID-19. Meskipun dampak sitasi masih bervariasi, temuan ini menegaskan peran penting media digital dalam mendemokratisasi pembelajaran bahasa inggris.
