Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Pelatihan Peningkatan Kapasitas Kelembagaan SPR "Ngudi Rukun" di Desa Gondang Kecamatan Plosoklaten, Kabupaten Kediri
Abstract
Kelembagaan peternak merupakan “center of stage” dalam kegiatan kelompok tani ternak. Hal ini juga berlaku pada SPR “Ngudi Rukun” yang bergerak dalam usaha pengembangan ternak sapi. Semua aktivitas dalam usaha peternakan sapi dilakukan melalui kelompok. Berkaitan dengan pentingnya arti kelompok maka perlu dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan di SPR “Ngudi Rukun”, Desa Gondang, Kecamatan Plosoklaten, Kabupaten Kediri.
Upaya peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan dilakukan melalui pemberian materi tentang kelembagaan. Materi meliputi Manajemen Kelompok dan Dinamika Kelompok. Pemberian materi dilakukan dengan metoda ceramah yang kemudian diikuti dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab.
Hasil pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan melalui PKM memperlihatkan bahwa anggota SPR “Ngudi Rukun” mulai memahami Manajemen Kelompok. Pemahaman tentang Manajemen Kelompok ini tampak dari peningkatan pengetahuan dan kapasitas anggota kelompok dalam hal manfaat dan peran kelompok. Selain itu anggota kelompok juga menyadari perlunya melengkapi kelompok dengan berbagai persyaratan administrasi kelompok. Sementara pada aspek Dinamika Kelompok, hasil pelatihan memperlihatkan bahwa anggota SPR “Ngudi Rukun” mulai memahami teknis pembentukan kelompok serta teknis pengurusan Badan Hukum.
Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan kepada anggota SPR “Ngudi Rukun” telah mampu meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan di SPR “Ngudi Rukun”. Disarankan untuk dilakukan pelatihan lain terkait dengan peningkatan kapasitas teknis peternakan sapi.
Farmer institution is “center of stage” of farmer activity, so do to SPR “Ngudi Rukun” which have cattle business. It’s happen because all of the business activity will be done through farmer institution. Based on the importance, the capacity of farmer institution, such as SPR “Ngudi Rukun”, Gondang Village, Plosoklaten Sub District, should be improved.
The improvement effort could be done through trained the members of SPR “Ngudi Rukun” on institution matters, which are included: Institution Management and Institution Dynamic. The topics were shared by lecture, and then continued by discussion among the meeting group.
The results showed that training could improve the knowledge of SPR “Ngudi Rukun” members on: how to build the farmer institution; function and administration of farmer institution; and how to prepare the legal aspect of farmer institution.
The training concluded that there are improvements on capacity of SPR “Ngudi Rukun” farmer institution. It’s suggested to follow up the training on technical aspect of cattle business management topics.
