Griya Dhahar Suroboyo restaurant faces operational challenges including long queues and manual ordering processes, which pose a risk of data duplication. This research aims to design a web-based ordering system using the Waterfall method. The key feature implemented is a unique QR Order Code for each transaction, streamlining customer verification and order details through system-integrated scanning. Consequently, this digital solution minimizes recording errors and optimizes wait times, significantly enhancing overall service quality and operational accuracy
