Scaffold hydroxyapatite (HA) is a bioceramic which widely developed nowadays in applications. The pores that are owned in the scaffold can effect a mechanical properties, namely compressive strength. Treatment by using Plasma DBD method is expected to have a good improvement to interconnected porous so as to improve the compressive strength of the bioceramic&nbsp; scaffold HA. In this study, we use 3 different time variations are 20 minutes, 25 minutes dan 30 minutes in Plasma DBD treatment to determine the effect of each variations. Pore analysis and compressive strength test will be carried out before and after Plasma DBD treatment. The surface morphology of the scaffold HA was observed by using a Field Emission – Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM), composition by using EDX and compressive strength was observed by using compressive strength test. This is because concrete has several advantages such as ease of work, the use of solid waste as material substitution in the industry is not new. However, the use of solid waste as a substitute for aggregates in concrete has been increasing in recent years, as a promising solution to reduce inorganic solid waste. From the tests carried out in the university tribhuwana to laboratories, it shows that for compressive strength and tensile strength, it decreases. The concrete compressive strength test results with added material in the form of tire chips and in the testing of compressive strength for 5% used tire waste burned 13.22 MPa, as well as 10%, the value burned 9.74 MPa, and for compressive strength test 15% of the value decreases for compressive strength with a mixture of burnt tire chips 4.77Mpa. The graph of the concrete tensile strength test with added material is in the form of tire chips and in testing the tensile strength for used tire waste 5% with for concrete that is not burned 1.844Mpa value. Likewise with 10% for unburned concrete the value of 2,020Mpa with a mixture of used tire waste as added material. Located in Tempurejo Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency. Embung is a micro-sized water reservoir (reservoir) around agricultural land that is built to accommodate the amount of rainwater during the rainy season and become a supply in the dry season. The current condition in the reservoir source compote is experiencing a problem of decreasing water resources and part of the reservoir building is leaking.</em></p> <p><em>The initial step of this research is hydrological analysis to determine monthly rainfall, effective rainfall R80, effective rainfall 10 days. The results of the analysis are then used to calculate water requirements using the Water Balance method and design planning of the compote reservoir. Pulau jawa bagian timur yang diwakili oleh Provinsi Jawa Timur mempunyai potensi komoditas mineral sejumlah tiga puluh satu mineral. Potensi &nbsp;sumberdaya mineral suatu daerah dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan neraca sumberdaya &nbsp;mineral. Pengklasifikasian sumberdaya mineral adalah menjadi empat sumberdaya &nbsp;hipotetik, sumberdaya &nbsp;tereka, sumberdaya &nbsp;terindikasi, dan sumberdaya &nbsp;terukur. Acuan yang digunakan untuk menghitung neraca sumberdaya mineral suatu daerah adalah &nbsp;SNI 6728.4:2015. Cadangan diklasifikasikan menjadi dua yaitu cadangan terbukti dan cadangan terkira. Sumberdaya mineral paling besar di Jawa Timur &nbsp;adalah batu gamping sebesar 4.360.675.461 ton. Cadangan terbesar adalah komoditas Batu Gamping sebesar 2.567.292.867 ton dengan cadangan terkira sebesar 1.794.000.000 ton dan terbukti 773.292.867 ton. Tiga besar komoditas yang paling produktif adalah Sirtu, Andesit dan Batu Gamping. Sisa cadangan tebesar di tahun 2019 sebesar 2.566.060.071 komoditas Batu Gamping. Potensi beberapa komoditas sumberdaya mineral di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada tahun 2018 sangat besar sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan yang bijaksana. Sisa cadangan yang besar beberapa komoditas dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat.
