Abstract

Koperasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya, namun pengelolaan yang masih manual sering menghambat efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi data [1]. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem digitalisasi koperasi berbasis komputer untuk mengotomatisasi proses administrasi, transaksi, dan pelaporan sehingga lebih efektif dan akuntabel. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Agile (Scrum) dengan melibatkan pengurus koperasi secara aktif dalam setiap siklus pengembangan agar sistem sesuai kebutuhan riil. [2]. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem yang dihasilkan terdiri atas modul manajemen anggota, simpan-pinjam, laporan keuangan, serta dashboard monitoring yang terintegrasi dan mudah digunakan [3]. Implementasi sistem ini mampu meningkatkan kecepatan pelayanan, keakuratan laporan, serta kepercayaan anggota terhadap pengelolaan koperasi. [4]. Sehingga dengan adanya digitalisasi koperasi dengan sistem informasi berbasis komputer di harapkan dapat membantu kebutuhan strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing, efisiensi, dan relevansi koperasi di masa mendatang.
