Information For Authors

For Authors

JOSAR (Journal of Students Academic Research) welcomes original scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in education and social sciences. Prospective authors are invited to explore the About the Journal page to familiarize themselves with the journal's focus and scope, editorial policies, and publication objectives.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are required to carefully read and follow the Author Guidelines and ensure that their submissions comply with the journal's formatting and referencing requirements. Manuscripts should present original research or scholarly contributions, demonstrate academic rigor, and be written in clear, formal English.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): JOSAR permits the responsible use of AI tools to support academic writing and research, including language editing, translation, and manuscript organization. Authors must critically review and verify AI-assisted content and disclose substantive use of generative AI in accordance with the journal's AI Use Policy. AI tools must not be listed as authors, and authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their manuscripts.

Authors must register with JOSAR before submitting a manuscript. Registered users may log in to their accounts and complete the online submission process by following the five-step submission workflow in the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge their responsibility to ensure that the work complies with applicable publication ethics and the journal's editorial policies. Submissions that do not meet the journal's scope or submission requirements may be returned to authors for revision or declined before entering the peer-review process.
