PENGARUH JENIS DAN DOSIS PUPUK ORGANIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN TOMAT (LYCOPERSICUM ESCULENTUM MILL.) VARIETAS SERVO
Abstract
The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the type and dose of organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of Servo variety tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum). The research was conducted from February to April 2023 in Resapombo village which is located 685 meters above sea level and the rainfall is quite high, ranging from 401 to 500 mm. The research was conducted using a 2-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) which was repeated 5 times. The first factor is the provision of organic fertilizer (P) with 2 levels, the second factor is: The dose of organic fertilizer (F) includes 3 levels, namely 50g/bag (F1), 100g/bag (F2) and 150g/bag (F3). Variables observed included plant height, stem diameter, number of fruits per plant and fruit weight. Data were analyzed with 5n-level analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by the DMRT test. The research results showed that there was a real interaction between the effect of organic fertilizer (P) and the dose of organic fertilizer (F) on the growth and yield of tomato plants (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill). The treatment combination of organic goat manure at a rate of 100 grams per polybag (P1F2) was the best treatment combination in terms of vegetative observations, namely plant height and stem diameter varied at all ages (14, 28, 42 and 56). By paying attention to variations in the number of fruit and fruit weight of the tree, the best combined fertilization results are a combination of organic goat manure fertilizer at a dose of 100 grams/bag (P1F2).
