Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dan dilakukan di Desa Aer Tenang Kecamatan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 1 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha pengolahan gula aren Bapak Nazarudin di Desa Aer Tenang Kecamatan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dilakukan menggunakan Analisis Pendapatan dan Analisis Kelayakan Finansial yaitu <em>Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Dan Payback Period (PP).</em> Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh total biaya produksi sebesar Rp.19.935.000/Tahun. Total pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp.11.265.000/Tahun, dengan demikian usaha pengolahan gula aren Bapak Nazarudin dinyatakan layak secara finansial. Berdasarkan nilai <em>Net Present Value (NPV)</em> sebesar Rp.26.163.298/Tahun dengan kriteria NPV &gt; 0 maka usaha tersebut layak. <em>Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) </em>sebesar Rp.2,63 yang artinya setiap pengeluaran untuk biaya produksi sebesar 1 maka usaha tersebut layak. <em>Internal Rate of Return (IRR)</em> 0,6495 atau 64,95% dengan kriteria IRR &gt; DF 10,5% maka usaha layak untuk dijalankan. Payback period (PP) 1,42 tahun. PADA 2 MACAM DESAIN GREENHOUSE UNISBA BLITAR 2023-09-20T04:11:14+00:00 Olivia Melina Savitri oliviamelina14@gmail.com Palupi Puspitorini puspitorini.palupi@gmail.com Army Dita Serdani ditaarmy@gmail.com Dyah Pitaloka dyahpit88@yahoo.com <p><strong>The aim of the research is to determine the effect of differences in melon cultivation in two greenhouse construction designs which provide the best results on the growth and yield of melon plants (<em>Cucumis melo</em> L.).</strong> <strong>The research was conducted from July to September 2022 at the Balitar Islamic University of Blitar Greenhouse.</strong> <strong>The design used is a dependent analysis method which tests the relationship between independent variables.</strong> <strong>The analysis technique used is the parametric t-test.</strong> <strong>The t-test difference test was carried out on two category groups with the condition of two paired sample groups (paired sample t-test).</strong> <strong>The variables observed were plant height (cm), number of side shoots (strands), stem diameter (cm) and fresh fruit weight (gr).</strong> <strong>The results showed that the Greenhouse 1 (GH1) design provided an agro-climatic environment that was more in line with the environment needed by the melon plants significantly compared to the GH2 design so as to provide better melon plant growth and better yields.</strong> <strong>The average fruit fresh weight for melon plants cultivated in GH1 was 1008.52 grams of side shoots which was significantly better than in GH2 which was 968.32 grams.</strong></p> 2023-09-19T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 https://ejournal.unisbablitar.ac.id/index.php/grafting/article/view/3165 ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI KOPI ARABICA (Coffea arabica) DI KECAMATAN SUMBERMANJING WETAN KABUPATEN MALANG 2023-09-20T04:12:25+00:00 Basit Basit aa@gmail.com Rini Purwatiningsih rinipningsih@gmail.com <p>This study is intended to determine the income of farmers (Coffea arabica) in <br>Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency, and the level of efficiency or feasibility of <br>arabica coffee farming (Coffea arabica) in Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency.<br>The analysis method used is farm income analysis and farm efficiency/feasibility analysis. <br>The number of samples in this study was 25 people who were arabica coffee farmers <br>(Coffea arabica) in Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency. Data collection using <br>questionnaire method as primary data source and literature related to research. The <br>results of the analysis show that (1) The income of Arabica Coffee Farming (Coffea arabica) <br>in Sumbermanjing District, Malang Regency which is the result of a reduction between the <br>total average revenue (TR) and the total average production cost (TC) of Rp 18.136.800,-. <br>This means that the first hypothesis in this study is true, namely arabica coffee farming <br>(Coffea arabica) in Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency, profitable; (2) The <br>R/C ratio of arabica coffee farming (Coffea arabica) in Sumbermanjing Wetan District, <br>Malang Regency is 2,82. Based on the R/C ratio criteria, if the R/C ratio value is more than <br>1, then the farm is eligible for farming. So, in accordance with these criteria, it can be <br>known that arabica coffee farming (Coffea arabica) in Sumbermanjing Wetan District, <br>Malang Regency is feasible for farming. Factor I is the nutrient dose of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer which consists of 3 levels 4 namely D1: 0 ml/1 water, D1: 2 ml/l water, D2: 4 ml/l water, D3: 6ml/l water and Factor II is Time interval for application of 3 level Azolla liquid organic fertilizer. S1: Application time interval 2 days, S2: Application time interval 4 days, S3: Application time interval 6 days. Plant height (cm) was observed at 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 HST, measured using a meter. The number of leaves at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 WAP and leaf width at 0, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 HST were measured using a tape measure. Accumulated fruit weight per plant (grams) The wet fruit weight of Pokcoy plants is determined by weighing all parts of the plant (roots, stems, leaves). Plants were weighed one by one using an analytical balance. Observational data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a level of α = 0.05 and if there were significant differences between treatments then a further test was carried out using the DMRT test (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) at a level of α = 0.05. The results of research that have been carried out have concluded that there is a real interaction between the concentration of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer (D) and the time interval for POC application on the growth and yield of Pak Choy plants. YuvitaF1. The research was carried out in Dukuh Jlimut, Plosokerep Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City with an altitude of 150-200 in March – June 2023. The research used a 2 factorial Randomized Block Design. Factor I is the composition of the planting medium (M) which consists of 3 levels, namely M1: soil: Goat kohe fertilizer (5:1), M2: Soil: Rice husks: Goat kohe (3:2:1), M3: Soil: Cocopeat : Kohe Goat (3:2:1). Factor II is the dose of Nasa POC fertilizer (P) which consists of 4 levels, namely P1 = 0 ml/polybag (without POC fertilizer), P2: 3 ml/polybag, P3: 6 ml/polybag and P4: 9 ml/polybag . The experiment was repeated 3 times so there were 36 experimental units. The variables observed were plant height (cm), number of fruit and fruit weight at harvest (grams). The average observation results were analyzed using a variance test (α = 5%) and followed by a 5% Honestly Significant Difference Test (BNJ). The research results showed that there was a real interaction between the composition of the planting medium (M) and the Nasa POC dose (P) on the variables of plant height, number of fruit and fruit weight of eggplant plants.
