Withdrawal of Manuscripts

Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully consider their manuscripts before submission. Once a manuscript has been submitted to the Journal, authors are expected to follow the editorial and peer-review processes.

If authors wish to withdraw a manuscript during the peer-review process, they must submit a formal withdrawal request to the editorial office, providing a clear justification. The withdrawal will be considered official only after confirmation from the editorial office.

Authors must not submit the same manuscript to another journal while it is still under consideration by the Journal. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is considered unethical and may violate publication ethics.

Retraction Policy

Published articles may be retracted if:

  1. There is clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either as a result of research misconduct (e.g., data fabrication) or honest error (e.g., miscalculation or experimental error).

  2. The findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper cross-referencing, permission, or justification (i.e., redundant publication).

  3. The article constitutes plagiarism.

  4. The article reports unethical research.

The Journal follows the retraction guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), available at: https://publicationethics.org/files/retraction%20guidelines.pdf.
