STUDI PERSEPSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN PADA MAHASISWA JURUSAN TEKNIK SIPIL UNIVERSITAS ISLAM BALITAR

Penanaman jiwa wirausaha penting bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi untuk mengurangi pengangguran dan menciptakan lapangan kerja di bidang jasa konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan survei terhadap 27 mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan 78% mahasiswa memiliki persepsi baik terhadap kewirausahaan, 22% sedang, dan tidak ada yang kurang. Rata-rata persepsi 27,04 poin dengan kecenderungan positif pada kepercayaan diri, keberanian mengambil risiko, kepemimpinan, keorisinilan, dan orientasi masa depan. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap dan kesiapan mahasiswa Teknik Sipil Universitas Islam balitar untuk berwirausaha mandiri.
