This research was carried out from November 2021 to January 2022 in Wonodoyo Village, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency at an altitude of 1,300 masl with brown lithosol soil type</em><em>. </em><em>The method used in this study was a non-factorial Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 5 (five) </em><em>different </em><em>bio</em><em>fungicide concentrations. The concentration treatment used is </em><em>1.5</em> <em>gr </em><em>/ liter ( </em><em>E1 </em><em>), </em><em>1</em><em>,</em><em>2</em><em>5 </em><em>gr </em><em>/ liter ( </em><em>E2 </em><em>), </em><em>1</em><em>,</em><em>0</em> <em>gr </em><em>/ liter ( </em><em>E3 </em><em>), 0,</em><em>7</em><em>5 </em><em>gr </em><em>/ liter ( </em><em>E4 </em><em>), and farmer treatment ( </em><em>E0 </em><em>).</em><em> The results </em><em>showed that the concentration treatment of the </em><em>biofungicide </em><em>active ingredient Streptomyces sp 1 x 106 cfu/gram and Geobacillus sp 1 x 106 cfu/gram gives a very real influence on the parameters </em><em>of attack intensity</em><em> Alternaria </em><em>p</em><em>orri </em><em>, weight of wet stover, weight of </em><em>dry stover, weight of dry tuber, and number of leaves </em><em>. In addition to agricultural waste, organic material from livestock waste can also be used as organic fertilizer, one of which is cow urine which can be processed into cow biourine. This research aimed to determine the effect of organic fertilizer&nbsp; from straw, husk and cow biourine on the growth and production of rice. The research used factorial randomized block design (RAKF) with 2 factors. The first factor is solid organic fertilizer which consists of treatment without solid organic fertilizer, straw ash, and rice husk biochar. The second factor is liquid organic fertilizer which consists of treatment without liquid fertilizer, cow biourine, and husk liquid smoke. The observed parameters were plant height, number of tillers, leaf chlorophyll content, number of panicles, weight of 1000 seeds, and weight of grain per hectare. The results showed that there was an interaction between solid organic fertilizer (rice husk biochar and straw ash) and liquid organic fertilizer (husk liquid smoke and cow biourine) in increasing plant height, number of tillers, number of panicles, and yields. Separate treatment of solid organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer affected the leaf chlorophyll content of rice plants. The application of rice husk biochar and cow biourine fertilizer resulted in the highest plant height, number of tillers, and number of panicles. Adapun pembuatan tempe adalah pemilihan biji, kedelai, dibersihkan dari kotoran, pencucian, perebusan, perendaman.</strong></p> <p><strong>Dari hasil penelitian pendapatan usaha pembuatan tempe di Desa Kacangan setiap responden dapat diketahui dari selisih penerimaan dengan biaya-biaya yang telah dikeluarkan. Besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh pengusaha tempe di Desa Kacangan pada bulan April 20</strong><strong>22</strong><strong> Rp 57.647.000. Dengan rata-rata setiap responden adalah Rp 19.215.666.</strong><strong> T</strong><strong>otal biaya yang dikeluarkan pada pembuatan tempe adalah sebesar Rp 3.360.000/hr. Proporsi terbesar dikeluarkan untuk penyediaan bahan-bahan yang mencapai 82,75%. Biaya tenaga kerja yang digunakan adalah tenaga kerja dalam keluarga. Pada analisis ini biaya tenaga kerja dalam keluarga ikut di perhitungkan sebagai komponen biaya produksi.</strong></p> <p><strong>Hasil perhitungan terhadap penerimaan dari usaha tempe dapat diketahui rata-rata tempe yang dihasilkan setiap hari Rp 1.120.000.Pendapatan bersih usaha ini adalah selisih antara pendapatan kotornya (penerimaan) dengan pengeluaran total yang digunakan untuk usahanya (usaha tempe). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) split plot, dimana perlakuan&nbsp; yaitu varietas Dering (VD) dan varietas Argomulyo (VA), dengan penyimpanan 1, 2 dan 3 bulan. tiap perlakuan dikali 3 diulang 3 kali sehingga terdapat 18 unit perlakuan, yaitu sebagai berikut : VD : Benih varietas Dering, VA : Benih varietas Argomulyo. Data yang telah di peroleh akan dianalisis dengan analisis ragam. Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (UJBD) diikuti pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% jika analisis memiliki dampak nyata. Areas that have dense populations and limited availability of land for waste processing make there a solution to overcome this. One of the waste that has not been treated properly in urban areas is organic waste. Therefore, the cultivation of BSF (Black Soldier Fly) larvae as a decomposer of organic waste can be a solution to reduce organic waste while increasing people's income through marketing BSF larvae as animal feed. One of the government institutions that conducts education, cultivation, and marketing of BSF larvae is Food Security and Agriculture Department of Surakarta City. Study aims to determine the marketing mix of BSF larvae in the Food Security and Agriculture Department of Surakarta City by using a descriptive method. The results showed that there are 7 factors that influence the marketing mix, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence. The problem faced is that because BSF larvae are marketed alive, in the distribution process they must have special treatment. Fresh BSF larvae also have a short time before turning into pre-pupae. The research was carried out from May to June 2022 at the Screen house, Faculty of Agriculture, Unisba Blitar. The study used a randomized block design with factorial pattern, factor I treatment of fruit location arrangement consisted of 4 levels, namely and fruit location factor II shoot pruning, namely P0 without topping and P1 topping while factor 2 consisted of 4 levels, namely B1 = L 6-7, B2 = L 8-9, B3= L 10-11, B4=L 12-13. There were 8 treatment combinations that were repeated 4 times, namely treatment B1P0 (6th to 7th Fruit Location and without Pruning), B2P0 (8th to 9th Fruit Location and Without Pruning), B3P0 (Fruit Placement 10th to 11th and No Pruning), and B4P0 (12th to 13th Place of Fruits and No. No Pruning). Analysis of the data used is the analysis of variance F test with a level of 5%. If there is a significant effect on the treatment, then continue the DMRT test at the 5% level.The results showed that the best treatment was P1B4 (topping and fruit position on segments 12-13 which were not different from P1B1, P1B2 and P1B3 on stem diameter variables, while for harvest variables fruit volume, fruit weight and fruit sweetness levels (brix) indicated that the best treatment were P1B3 which is not different from P1B4.
