Gombek Boer Indonesia https://ejournal.unisbablitar.ac.id/index.php/aves/article/view/2537 <p>This study aims to determine the estimated heritability of Boer goats at PT Gombek Boer Indonesia. The material used is data recording from 8 males and 37 broods. The research method used&nbsp; survey and data recording. The data taken in the form of secondary data, namely data recording Boer Goats include data on birth weight and weaning weight. The data were corrected by sex and type of birth which were then used to calculate heritability. The calculation results show that the heritability values for birth weight and weaning weight in Boer Goats are 0.38 ± 0.15 and 0.26 ± 0.16, respectively. The heritability values obtained were categorized as high for birth weight and medium for weaning weight. The results of the calculation of heritability values that fall into the medium and high categories can be used to carry out a selection program</p> Resti Yuliana Rahmawati, Alfan Setya Winurdana, Ahmat Safrizal Fikri Copyright (c) 2022 AVES: Jurnal Ilmu Peternakan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.unisbablitar.ac.id/index.php/aves/article/view/2537 Tue, 06 Dec 2022 14:49:01 +0000
